The mission of DaLaa is to coordinate the hosting of volunteers in active communities leaded by our hosts. We always have dreamed to start our own association community. It is the best introduction to all new comers and reveals our values of volunteering to the world, the first entrance to our new members right around our rural office
Since 2015 that we have moved to this village, we have been continuously working or the surrounding, gardening and doing activities with the local kids. Volunteers can also expect cooking class, seeds conservation, recycling, repairing or construction. The main task of the volunteers is to join English teaching with the local schools and during holidays to bring the children in our community.
2. Hug Baan Den Organic Farm – Agriculture and sufficiency lifestyle

Kru Ann came back in her family garden in the North Thailand in 2023. With her companion P Poon and their rich experience in eco farming and seeds collecting, they welcome volunteers to support their sustaining traditional agriculture practices and pass down valuable knowledge to interested people.
Hug Baan Den Vegetable Garden spans approximately ½ hectare and features a variety of products including longans, pomelo, bananas, and organic vegetables, all cultivated using traditional farming methods. The garden also serves as a source for preserving local culture and ensuring food security for future generations through the cultivation and storage of seeds.
Kru Ann was a volunteer host for DaLaa volunteers in the last 4 years in her former project “Yodrak organic farm” in South Thailand and all volunteers did enjoy and learn a lot from her and her companion.
3. Ban Prang Mu School – Creative English teaching

Ban Prang Mu School is a small school in Ban Prang Mu sub district, Phatthalung province, Southern Thailand. The school director, who shares our values, would like to welcome volunteers, to improve English skills for students to be able to communicate in this language. Volunteers can help to organize English lessons or other fun activities with the 126 students from kindergarten to Grade 6 (6-12 years old). The English skills of the students are very poor. They are not familiar with foreigners. You can experience the local way of life, exchange with other volunteers, villagers and support the children education.
4. Thungprue Pittayakom School – Creative English teaching

Dalaa became acquainted with Thungprue Pittayakom School, in Songkhla province after being introduced by the director of Prang-moo School. Additionally, Dalaa organized several mini work camps that Thungprue Pittayakom School participated in. As a result, Thungprue Pittayakom School is now eager to extend a warm welcome to volunteers who are interested in contributing to the students’ development by organizing activities to enhance their language skills and other areas of expertise. Moreover, volunteers will also have the opportunity to engage in local community activities.
5. Koh Nang Kham Neua School – Creative English teachingDaLaa MTV project – code: 1702

Volunteers will join a small Muslim community of South Thailand on the banks of Songkhla Lake. They will organize activities for children of the local school and share the life of the villagers.
6. Watpikulthong School – Creative English teaching

Phikulthong School is a small Buddhism school in Chamuang, Khuan Khanun district, Phatthalung province, Southern Thailand. We got to know this school through the director that we use to work with in his former school. The school director who shares the same values as Dalaa would like to provide the chance for the students to improve their English by using the language in real life with foreign volunteers.
